Hello, I'm Pascale.

I'm a product communicator and operations-minded professional with roots in UX and graphic design. My background means I don't just understand how products work — I can explain them, document them, and build the materials that help teams and customers actually use them. I've worked across web, mobile, and digital campaigns for clients ranging from fintech startups to Fortune 500 brands, always with the same focus: close the gap between what a product does and what the people around it understand. I'm looking for teams building something meaningful who need someone that bridges design, communication, and process.

Technical Communication

I translate complex products, processes, and systems into clear language that anyone can act on — whether that's a customer onboarding flow, internal documentation, or an enablement deck for a sales team. Good communication is the last mile of any product.

Process Design

I map workflows, identify where things break down, and build systems that scale. From customer journeys to internal operations, I think in terms of inputs, outputs, and the friction points in between — then figure out how to remove them.

Cross-functional Collaboration

I've worked across design, product, marketing, and client teams simultaneously. I'm comfortable in the space between functions — translating priorities, keeping projects moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between handoffs.

UX & Product Thinking

My design background means I approach every problem from the user's perspective first. I understand information architecture, conversion flows, and how design decisions affect behavior — which makes me useful in product conversations, not just creative ones.

Visual Systems

I build the assets other teams can't: process diagrams, product explainers, onboarding materials, pitch decks. A background in graphic design and web means I can produce polished, on-brand communication materials without waiting on a creative team.

Operations & Project Management

I've managed 200+ projects annually, led platform migrations, and built the systems that keep teams running — templates, QA protocols, onboarding guides, vendor workflows. I'm comfortable owning the operational layer: the part that makes everything else possible.
